Our team will be waiting for you at the information counters and will have your documents ready.

Please wear this at all times. The person standing at the entrance does not know all artists:inside...

If you would like to bring colleagues to support you in your workshops on stage, please discuss this with the organizers while your contract conditions are being negotiated.

Should you wish to bring a babysitter to watch your children while you teach, this must be discussed with the organizers while you discuss your contract terms.

Hot meals, coffee and non-alcoholic drinks are offered in the "Traumpalast". This is located in the Confertainment Center. Please keep to the meal times!

Lunch 12:00-15:00 | Dinner 17:00-19:30

If you would like to eat outside the "Traumpalast", we will not cover the costs for these meals.

Should your arrival cause you to miss the meal, we will cover the cost of your meal outside of the "Traumpalast", UNLESS it is within a reasonable cost (25€ per person).

To get from the hotel to the Confertainment Center, it is best to take the EP Express. This departs between the Hotel Santa Isabel and Colosseo and takes about 10 minutes to the Confertainment Center.

Please keep to the following timetables (Express leaves approximately every 10 minutes):

  • Friday | 09:00-00:45
  • Saturday | 09:00-00:45
  • Sunday | 09:00-00:45
  • Monday | 09:00-19:30

If friends/students/family members of yours want to visit our festival, you can get these tickets at the first price level if you send an email with the following information to trainer@linedancefestival.de by January 31:

  • First and last name of the participant
  • complete address of the participant
  • E-mail address of the participant
  • Ticket request

The address of the hotel, where all the artists:inside are accommodated, is:

The conditions of the hotel:

  • You can check into your hotel room at any time. BUT it will be ready for occupancy only from 15:30.
  • You should have checked out of your hotel room by 11:00 am.
  • If you would like to check out after 11:00 a.m., this will cost an additional 60€, which we will NOT cover and accordingly must be paid by you personally.
  •  Should you need a crib (for children up to 3 years old), it will cost an additional 6€/night, which we will NOT cover.
  • Dogs are allowed in the hotel, but they cost 13€/night. We do not cover these costs either.

If you want to share your hotel room with friends and/or companions, this must be discussed with the organizers while you are discussing the terms of your contract. It may happen that you get a room with more beds than you need. BUT this does not authorize you to let someone else sleep there if this has not been discussed with the organizers!

We understand if you want to take your four-legged friends with you to Rust. But please note: To prevent the risk of accidents, to protect allergy sufferers, for hygienic reasons and in the interest of animal welfare, dogs (and all other pets) are NOT allowed in the following places at the festival:
  • In all halls during the workshops
  • Within five meters of food and beverage outlets
  • generally at the evening events (in all areas)

We would like to point out that there may also be high volumes and crowds in passageways, in the marketplace, etc.

Therefore, the space available for your animal is considerably limited - so please consider carefully whether you can and want to impose these restrictions on your animal. Please also note that we cannot supervise your animal for liability and insurance reasons, not even for a short time.

There are enough parking spaces at your hotel.

The parking situation at the Confertainment Center is as follows:

The light blue/turquoise marked parking lot will be closed by a barrier. You can park there only if

  • You exhibit at the fair
  • DJ are
  • Your show dances

ALL others please park in the red marked parking lot across the street.

Please send us your invoice by e-mail. We will transfer your fee after we have received your invoice, but at the earliest one week after the festival.

The following information must not be missing from your invoice:

Please check in time where your halls are located and plan (if necessary) enough time to be able to change between the areas with the "EP-Express" (travel time approx. 10-12 minutes).

This paragraph only applies to artists who are booked for a show during the evening event!

  • Please bring your music as an MP3 file (at least 192kbit or better quality) on a USB stick AND send it to us by e-mail by January 31st. Please do not use any other format than MP3. No CDs, laptops, MP3 players or iPods etc.!
  • Please give us information about you, your dancing and so on, which our presenters can use to announce you and your show (e.g.: how long have you been performing (together)? Are there any interesting / funny / unusual details about you?)
  • On the day of your show, our direction team will contact you to discuss all the details (music, lights, dressing rooms, schedule, etc.).
  • Our directing team will give you time for your rehearsal. If you do not want to have a rehearsal, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan better.

If you're looking for the best photo spots to set the scene, Europa Park has a few tips for you here:

It is not allowed to display flyers or brochures, set up roll-ups or hang up posters. Unless this has been explicitly discussed with the organizers in advance. In your workshops you are allowed to display and distribute flyers and brochures and to put up your roll-ups. BUT these must be taken back after the end of the workshop!

If you have more than one large suitcase with you, please let the organizers know BEFORE you arrive!

Level 1: Absolute Beginner
You have never danced line dance before (or only secretly in your living room). Welcome to our world!

Level 2: Beginner
The first dances work already quite well, but maybe not yet flawless? Here you are right.

Level 3: Improver
You have already attended several line dance classes and can't stop ????

Level 4: Intermediate
You could even be given a step sequence in writing and you would know exactly what to do.

Level 5: Advanced
You've been dancing all the time at festivals and tournaments. This is where the pros dance!
