Yes, the ticket is valid - we will always contact you again to make sure before a final cancellation.

Write us an e-mail(shop@gutmann-events.de) with your booking number and your name and also tell us which tickets you would like us to cancel (in the case of partial cancellations). You do not have to not and you will receive 75% of the paid fee back.

Did the confirmation email end up in your spam folder? If not, please send us an e-mail(shop@gutmann-events.de) and we will send you the ticket again.

Send us an e-mail(shop@gutmann-events.de) with the booking number and the different billing address; we will then send you the invoice.
