What's new at the next festival?

The most important news

We revise our offer from year to year, respond to your wishes and use your feedback to become even better. Here you can see what will change or be added at the next festival.

Is there a cloakroom requirement? No—at least not a general one, except for large or bulky items during the evening program. If you wish, you can store your personal belongings safely in the secure cloakroom for €2 for the entire festival day—repeated drop-offs are included.

Which items must be handed in and when: Almost everything is allowed inside – but please ensure that doors, corridors, and escape routes are kept clear at all times. At the end of the workshop program, particularly bulky items (shown in red on the diagram – see link below) must be handed in.

Why the difference? For safety reasons: there are more guests in a smaller space than during the day, the rooms are darker (daytime/party lighting), and alcohol is served— fire safety takes priority.

For guests of the hotel resorts:
Guests of the hotel resorts can park for free in the hotel parking lots.
With your admission wristband (available at one of the festival information desks), you can conveniently commute free of charge on the "EP-Express" elevated train between the hotels and the EP Dome area, where just over half of all events and evening programs take place, and where the marketplace awaits you.

For day visitors and guests attending evening events:
Guests staying overnight away from home or arriving for just one day (or only for the evening event) can park in the main car park at Europa-Park, which will be subject to a charge from 2027. Please continue past the Colosseo hotel (you will pass the large Colosseum arch) towards the park entrance (through the underpass). Follow the road until you reach the main parking lot. From there, it is only a few minutes' walk to the entrance to the EP Dome foyer. With your admission wristband, you can then use the "EP-Express" elevated train EP Dome between the hotel area and the EP Dome area free of charge.

Good to know: Parking in the main car park is currently still free of charge. However, if you leave after 8 p.m., you will need an exit ticket. You can easily obtain this at the festival information desk in the Confertainment Center (please note: without an exit ticket, the regular fee of €10 will be charged when you leave).

We are extending the workshops to 45 (previously: 40) minutes. The first workshop of the day starts at 10.15 am, the last workshop ends at 7.00 pm. The breaks will remain at 30 minutes, and the lunch break will also run from 1.30 p.m. to 3 p.m. as before.

During the day, all seats are free of charge and available to all guests at any time. However, after a long day of workshops, having your own reserved seat is a real treat. With a seat ticket, you can book a seat in the evening from 8 p.m. until the end of the festival day. The cheapest category (of three) costs only three euros per seat per evening.

Vive la France! On Saturday and Sunday, all workshops in the "Circus Celebration" room will be in French. Those who want to follow the identical content again in English will have the opportunity on the other days.

In the past, it has unfortunately become increasingly common for bookings to be made "pro forma" in order to reserve tickets and seats on a whim. Due to the previously very accommodating cancellation and no-show policy and correspondingly simple refunds, many interested parties were unable to book tickets, especially towards the end of the advance booking period, even though they had not been used. We have therefore decided to adjust the regulations in order to give all guests the chance to get their desired tickets for as long as possible. These conditions will therefore apply from 2026:

If you cancel up to 15 days before the start of the festival, 75% of the amount you have paid will be refunded.
If you cancel between 14 and eight days before the start of the festival, 50% of the amount you have paid will be refunded.
Cancellations are no longer possible from the seventh day before the start of the festival!

Our tip: As the tickets are not personalized, you can pass them on to third parties at any time.

Immediately after the end of the last workshop, you can continue without a break and start the evening straight away. From Friday to Sunday we will open the social floor, where you can dance until the start of the regular evening event. The event catering also offers dinner on site.

You can now book bowls for lunch in advance online, save money and pick them up directly on site. Three flavors are offered in daily rotation, always including a vegan option. Save 10% compared to buying on site and, above all, save yourself the queue. You can pick up your bowl(s) at a separate express counter in the Confertainment Center during your lunch break. More info here.

With almost 90 hours of festival, it's easy to lose track of things. We've summarized all the important times for you on one page. When do the information desks open, when does the EP Express run, when do the shows start, when are the workshops? You can find these and many other details here.
