Registration and information for exhibitors
Dear exhibitors,
We are looking forward to your participation in the marketplace of the Line Dance Festival. Here you will find all information about set-up and dismantling, directions, parking etc. Please make sure to register all participating persons by Monday, 17.02.2025!
Registration of stand personnel:
SCHEDULE until Monday, February 17, 2025
Every person who is on site on your behalf during set-up and dismantling and/or during the opening hours (including yourself) must be registered by name in order to be allowed to enter the site through the security gate.
Please send the first and last names of all persons who will be on site for you, as well as the license plate number of the vehicle you will be driving onto the grounds, to km@cordell.de by Monday, February 17.
Directions and parking spaces

As usual, access this year will be via the security gate at the Europa-Park building.
How to get there: From the "Colosseo" hotel (you can already see the large multi-storey "Colosseum" arch from afar), continue towards the park entrance (under the road). Follow the road until you come to the next traffic circle (with the Euromaus on it). Turn right and use one of the parking spaces on the right directly in front of the barrier.
Pick up your passes at the reception desk in the large building, 50 meters to the right of the barrier.
IMPORTANT! After registering, only the driver drives through the barrier in the vehicle. All other passengers go through the turnstile on foot and only then get back into the vehicle.
From there you drive directly to the EP Arena . Your vehicle will be parked right next to the hall for unloading, and we will then allocate you a suitable parking space.
Katharina will show you where you can park afterwards and during the festival.
Parking authorization
Parking authorization for your car.
Please print out the insert at home, fill it in and place it clearly visible behind your windshield. It is a prerequisite for parking your car on the grounds of Europa-Park, so you will need it from the security gate onwards. As there are also some construction sites in the park this year, every vehicle owner must be able to be reached quickly.
Set-up and dismantling times
The CONSTRUCTION for the marketplace will take place on Thursday, February 27, 2025.
Due to a previous event, set-up is only possible from 6.00 pm this year. If you do not have enough time until late in the evening to finish setting up, you can also continue directly on Friday morning at 7.00 am. However, your stand should be ready by 10.00 a.m. on Friday.
The Dismantling begins on Monday, March 03, 2025 at 5.40 pm.
However, you can already start packing up at the beginning of the last workshop hour at 5.00 pm - ATTENTION: All doors in the EP Arena must remain closed until the end of the last workshop at 5.40 pm - the dismantling in these first forty minutes should be carried out quietly out of respect for the participants.
Opening and attendance times
Friday to Sunday: 10:00 - 18:00
Attention, changed opening hours on Saturday: 10:00 - 21:00
Monday: 10:00 - 17:00
Admission to the Confertainment Center starts at 9.00 a.m., i.e. from this time onwards there may already be a few people on the marketplace. You are therefore free to open your stand earlier. However, it should be open from 10.00 a.m. at the latest.
Regarding the longer opening hours on Saturday: this year, the food stands for dinner and the Aperol bar will be in the Arena, in the middle of the market square. At the same time, there will be dancing on the dance floor. We hope that this will encourage more people to stroll around the market square in the evening. Therefore, please plan for at least one person to look after your stand until around 9 pm.
Safety guide
Please note that every stand will be inspected by the Europa-Park department before the official start of the event. To make it easy for all of us, we ask you to take a look at the safety guide during your planning to make sure that everything you set up at your stand complies with the guidelines.
