TICKET AND HOTEL BOOKING

No problem! Just use the customer tool: Via this LINK you can download your e-tickets or have them sent to you again by e-mail. Please also check your SPAM folder!

Write us an e-mail(shop@gutmann-events.de) with your booking number and your name and also tell us which tickets you would like us to cancel (in the case of partial cancellations). You do not have to not and you will receive 75% of the paid fee back.

In case of non-appearance (no matter for what reason) 75% of the amount paid by you will be refunded. It is irrelevant whether the inability to attend is determined in advance of the festival or directly on the first day or evening of the festival booked by you. Discounts from raffles, partner promotions etc. will not be taken into account; except for monetary discounts such as gift vouchers purchased in advance.

All visitors who have not redeemed their tickets purchased in advance for admission wristbands etc. by 5 p.m. on the last booked day of the festival will be considered prevented from attending the festival. Partial payments are not possible, e.g. arriving only on Sunday does not entitle to a refund of a ticket for Saturday, etc. Exceptions to this are bookings for several people on one invoice, where tickets are not collected on a pro rata basis. In this case, a refund of 75% will be made for the part of the booking for which tickets were not collected.

This regulation does not apply to hotel bookings and other costs incurred by you in connection with the festival (such as travel, postage, etc.). Prerequisite for a refund is the notification in writing (by e-mail or letter) within 30 days after the end of the festival to Gutmann Events GmbH & Co. KG.

Hotel accommodation is booked directly with the Europa-Park hotels independently of the festival ticket. Benefit from the special prices during the festival period when you book with the keyword "Line Dance Festival". Included are the rich breakfast buffet and the use of the sauna and pool areas. All details about the hotel booking can be found here.

The festival is aimed at adults of all ages. If you want to bring your children, they are also welcome from the age of 12. Please note: Minors also pay the regular fee and must be supervised by you at all times, especially during the evening event. Those who are 16 or 17 years old can also take part unsupervised. The evening event ends at around midnight and all guests must leave the event rooms by 1 a.m. at the latest. As a precaution, we would like to point out that alcoholic drinks will also be sold at the drinks counters; of course, all youth protection regulations apply here.

Bring your e-ticket with you to Rust, either printed out or as a PDF file on your smartphone. We will scan the QR code on it on site at the festival info counters - and there you will also receive your admission wristband. The information desks are open as follows:

Foyer Hotel Colosseo
Thursday (Pre-Check-In): 16.00 - 20.00
Friday - Sunday: 8.30 - 10 a.m.

Foyer Confertainment Center
Friday - Monday: from 9 am

The ticket only contains the name of the person who ordered it. If you have booked several tickets, the other guests do not have to be mentioned by name. This means that the ticket can easily be passed on to another person. Please note: The admission wristband for the Fullpass must always be put on by our staff directly at check-in (the closure of the fabric band is sealed with special pliers) - therefore holders of such a ticket must appear in person. All other tickets are redeemed for paper wristbands that have an adhesive seal and can be attached by each guest themselves - so one person could take the admission wristbands for a whole group with them.

As the tickets are not personalized, this is no problem. As the invoice recipient, you pay for the ticket. The booking confirmation with the ticket in PDF form and as a Passbook file will then be sent to your e-mail address.

You can then give the ticket to the person receiving the gift, either in electronic form (PDF / Passbook file) or as a printout.

You can book tickets online for up to ten people at the same time. The entire booking is then made in the name of the person placing the order; the other participants do not need to be named when booking. The person making the booking then collects all the admission wristbands etc. on site (with the exception of the Fullpass, see below) and distributes them within the group.

Please note: The admission wristband for the Fullpass must always be put on by our staff directly at check-in (the closure of the fabric band is sealed with special pliers) - therefore holders of such a ticket must also appear in person.

Are you more than ten people? Please send us a message to festivals@gutmann-events.de

Yes, we also offer party-only tickets for Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. The party on Monday evening in the Hotel Colosseo bar is open to everyone, with free entry and no prior registration. You can find more information about the ticket options here.

If you just want to go shopping on the marketplace, leave a deposit - ID card or driving license - at the entrance in the EP Dome foyer (Confertainment Center area). You can then spend an hour in the EP Arena free of charge. Please note - if the deposit is not redeemed after 60 minutes, you will have to buy a day ticket afterwards - at full price if you enter before the lunch break and at half price if you enter during or after the lunch break.

Yes, the ticket is valid - we always contact you again to be on the safe side before making a final cancellation. However, the response window for seat bookings is very short, as we quickly put unpaid seats back on sale due to high demand. We therefore recommend very prompt payment following the booking.

Send us an e-mail(shop@gutmann-events.de) with the booking number and the different billing address; we will then send you the updated invoice. Please note that we will charge a processing fee depending on the complexity and number of transactions.

ARRIVAL & ADMISSION (PARKING / EP-EXPRESS)

All information on how to get here, whether by car or public transport, can be found on the Europa-Park website. Guests of the hotel resorts can park for free in the hotel parking lots.

With your admission wristband (pick it up at one of the festival information desks) you can travel for free on the "EP-Express" elevated train between the hotels and the EP Dome area, where more than half of all offers and the evening events take place, and where the marketplace awaits you.

Guests who are staying overnight or only traveling for one day (or only for the evening event) can park their car free of charge in the main Europa-Park parking lot. To do this, please drive towards the park entrance (under the road) at the level of the "Colosseo" hotel (you can already see the large multi-storey "Colosseum" arch from a distance). Follow the road until you reach the main parking lot. From there it is only a 3-4 minute walk to the entrance to the EP Dome foyer. With your admission wristband you can then take the "EP-Express" elevated train between the hotel area and the EP Dome area free of charge.

The halls in the hotel area will open at around 9.30 a.m.; admission to the EP Dome foyer (Confertainment Center area) will begin at 9 a.m.; the halls there will also open at around 9.30 a.m.

On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, admission (full pass, day pass and party ticket) opens at around 8.00 p.m., and the party starts at around 8.30 p.m. in three areas.

On Monday, the party (with free admission) will take place in the "Colosseo" bar in the hotel of the same name, which is open to the public.

You can find more information about the three evenings here.

The monorail "EP-Express" connects the two festival areas "Confertainment Center" and "Hotels". Use is free for all guests. The journey takes between 10 and 12 minutes. However, to be on the safe side, you should allow between 15-25 minutes from one area to the other, including the outward and return journey to the station and any waiting time.

The first trip starts at around 9.00 a.m. at the "Hotel Resort" station, on the other side of the road opposite the "Colosseo" hotel (direct access through the underpass next to the parking deck). From Friday to Sunday, the last ride back to the hotels is around 0.30 am. On Monday evening, the last streetcars leave about an hour after the end of the workshops.

The train runs throughout the day if the weather conditions permit - there are usually two trains on the circuit, as well as in the evening. In four out of five cases, it "fits" exactly so that you manage a complete change of area between two workshops.

But of course it can also happen that a train "drives away in front of your nose". It only takes a few minutes for the second train to arrive - but if you want to be on the safe side, you can also take your car for the distance (approx. 1.5 km) and park it in the main Europa-Park parking lot (5 minutes' walk to the entrance to the EP Dome area; please note parking fees if applicable) or in one of the hotel parking lots.

Snow and ice are the exception rather than the rule at festival times. However, for safety reasons, the EP-Express has to stop at the depot or one of the stations when temperatures drop below zero or ice forms on the tracks; even in this case, the quickest way between the two festival areas is by car.

Have your e-ticket ready (whether on your cell phone or printed out). Warm clothing for walking outside. Both for the way from the parking lot to the location, as well as to the EP-Express elevated train and between the halls.

PROGRAM

A preliminary version of the timetable will be online shortly after the start of advance sales. It will be added to gradually. Unfortunately, some of our trainers are not yet able to make a definite commitment for the following year, even in the second half of the year, as some tournament or shooting dates (especially in the case of well-known TV dancers and judges) are not yet finalized so far in advance. The latest version of the timetable can be found here.

It is not necessary to register for the individual workshops - you simply decide spontaneously on site which of the offers you would like to take advantage of. If the workshop is not suitable in terms of level, you can leave the room at any time and switch to another workshop.

The workshops are divided into five difficulty levels. You will find a corresponding indication for each offer in the timetable.

Level 1: Absolute Beginner
You have never danced line dance before (or only secretly in your living room). Welcome to our world!

Level 2: Beginner
The first dances work already quite well, but maybe not yet flawless? Here you are right.

Level 3: Improver
You have already attended some line dance classes and can't stop :)

Level 4: Intermediate
You could even be given a step sequence in writing and you would know exactly what to do.

Level 5: Advanced
You've been dancing all the time at festivals and tournaments. This is where the pros dance!

Our coaching team consists of coaches who like both modern songs and country. We don't give a conscious style focus, everything is allowed!

If you take part in a lot of workshops, you sometimes forget one or two things - that's completely normal. Fortunately, in the weeks after the end of the festival you can find almost all the choreographies and stepsheets from the workshops on the website copperknob.co.uk
Simply enter the choreography names from the timetable in the search field. Please note that the posting of information is not organized by us as organizers, but by the trainers themselves. Therefore, please ask them if you are still missing certain content online some time after the end of the festival.

Hundreds of line dancers from all over Europe bring a huge range of favorites, wishes and favorite songs to Rust. That's why there are no playlists in advance, but our DJs orient themselves directly to what is happening on site during the event days: What is enthusiastically received in the workshops, what requests reach our trainers and the team during the course of the day? This means that the evening DJ sets are perfectly tailored to your preferences - and there is guaranteed to be something for everyone!

Every year we receive hundreds of letters, e-mails, calls and posts with suggestions, tips and recommendations to invite that sought-after trainer / dancer / choreographer or to consider that particular dance. We appreciate every tip and really look at every suggestion.

The festival grows from year to year, and even if we invite new trainers every year, we will never be able to fulfill everyone's wishes. We are also now using every available space and can hardly offer any more choice for reasons of space alone.

The combination of the precise analysis of the number of visitors to each individual workshop and trainer with an annually changing range of suitable alternatives allows us to introduce changes without stopping at the most popular workshops, dance styles and trainers.

GENERAL

In the area of the Confertainment Center, Europa-Park 's event catering will provide you with food and drinks throughout the day (not included in the ticket price). There is also a selection of different cafés, restaurants and bars in the hotel resorts. Of course, you can also bring your own food and drinks to the festival site. You can find more information here.

The volume levels in the workshops are quite different in the individual halls, as they vary greatly - from the very large EP Arena with two areas, marketplace and catering area to the small octagonal monastery hall in the Hotel Santa Isabel for 20 people, everything is there; depending on the sound system, also with different sound reinforcement.
We actively advise against visiting the shows and parties with babies or small children, but if you are watching with a child, hearing protection is mandatory - we naturally pay attention to all relevant noise protection values, but these are measured for adults; the reactions of the audience are also louder or not, depending on the performance. We also work a lot with lighting effects, changing light colors and intensities, etc.
There are no "real" quiet rooms on the premises, and there is always a lot of activity in the corridors and hallways and in the foyer areas - so the topic of "sleeping / resting" in the baby carriage / travel cot could be a challenge. We play in virtually every available space - accordingly, it is (almost) everywhere "busy". Please note: We cannot assume any supervisory duties at any time, not even for a short time.
If you are taking a babysitter with you who is not taking part in the workshops and is not attending the evening event, we will be happy to provide you with a free ticket for this, which is identical to the tickets you have regularly booked; please write to us in good time in advance.
We understand if you want to take your four-legged friends with you to Rust. But please note: To prevent the risk of accidents, to protect allergy sufferers, for hygienic reasons and in the interest of animal welfare, dogs (and all other pets) are NOT allowed in the following places at the festival:
> in all halls during the workshops
> within a five-meter area around food and beverage outlets
> generally at the evening events (in all areas)
We would like to point out that even in passageways, on the marketplace, etc. there can be high volumes and crowds. Therefore, the space available for your pet is considerably limited - please consider carefully whether you can and want your pet to endure these restrictions. Please also note that we cannot supervise your animal for liability and insurance reasons, not even for a short time.

Have you lost something? For lost property in the hotels, please ask at the respective hotel reception. Lost property in the Confertainment Center will initially be collected at the festival information desks and handed in to the Europa-Park found office (Tel: +49 7822 77 28100 or email: fundbuero@europapark.de) after the festival has ended.
